Build a date-indexed record without altering originals.

- Treatment timeline, restrictions, bills, wage impact, and follow-up plans
- Dispatch, app, GPS, event-recorder, log, maintenance, inspection, and preservation concerns
- Known government, claim, insurer, or court dates
Keep the first message short and conflict-safe.
Use a date list, party list, concise event summary, and description of the records you have. Do not send privileged, highly sensitive, or urgent information through a public form.
